Massage Therapy in BATTERSEA ON

Your health and safety is our number one priority.

We are doing our best to make sure our environment at Back to Health is as safe as possible, but of course due to the nature of COVID-19, there will always be some level of risk because physical distancing is impossible during your massage treatment. Please be aware that we have made infection prevention changes in accordance with the Ministry of Health of Ontario (MOH) and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Please take some extra time to carefully read through our new policies below.  If you have any health, safety or comfort concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

1a) Please complete the Covid screening form BEFORE EACH appointment. It will be emailed to you a day before your appt. and can be signed online. If you have any symptoms or are simply feeling sick in any way, please call to reschedule your appointment. 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated, however if not possible due to these reasons, the cancellation fee will be waived.

b) We will also ask you the same screening questions when you arrive at the clinic.

2. Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment. If you do, please stay in your car until your actual appointment time. Your therapist will come out and wave you in when they're ready.

3. You will be asked to immediately sanitize your hands with the approved 70% sanitizer provided, for a minimum of 20 seconds. Specific hand-sanitizing instructions are posted.

4. I will be wearing a medical grade mask for your safety.

5a. All clients must  wear a MASK at all times. If you have any concerns about this, for example, health conditions/respiratory issues, please reach out to us, we will try our best to make it work.

b) Please wear your own clean mask, if you don't have one, there will be some available for $2 each in the office. You can drop your toonie in the jar for payment.

6.If possible, please shower just before your appointment and wear clean clothing.

7. Please use the hand sanitizer before leaving the treatment room as well.

8. Physical distancing during treatment is impossible, however staying 6 feet apart in common areas is required.

9. We have always prioritized a clean, safe and secure space and continue to keep our office space sanitized and ready for you at all times. We are required to keep a cleaning log for everyone's safety.

10. More of your appointment time will be taken up now due to these new protocols, however your appointment will still end at its scheduled time to keep us on track.

11.Appointment reminders, receipts and bookings will all be online now, so please make sure I have your correct email address (we may need to adjust your requested booking time to accommodate new protocols). If you still prefer to text or email me for your appointment, I'm more than happy to continue that for you.

12. All RMT's are required to screen themselves before their work day begins with clients as well (for your safety) so if they're feeling symptoms/sick in any way, they will need to reschedule your appointment as well.
