CANCELLATION POLICY

Back to Health has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid full fee for the service booked.  Appointments scheduled for Mondays, must be cancelled no later than noon the Friday before.

If your cancellation is due to COVID-19 symptoms, please contact your therapist directly to discuss, or send us an email.

*our online system will not allow cancellations within 48 hours from your appointment time.  Please email or phone your practitioner directly to cancel and reschedule.

MISSED APPOINTMENT

"No shows" are subject to full fee for the service booked.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are late, your session will still finish at its scheduled time to keep us on track.  Full fee for the service booked still applies.

PAYMENTS

We happily accept paymetns by Cash, Cheque and Debit (we do not accept credit cards at this time).

Payments are due upon service rendered.  NSF cheques are subject to a $30 fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and have no cash value ( ie: any balance can be used towards another service offered).

Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm.

Closed weekends & holidays.

INSURANCE

  • Massage therapy is covered by most extended health care plans, but each plan is unique and may or may not cover all or part of your appointment. It is each client's own responsibility to confirm the exact details of their coverage.

  • We will happily email you a receipt with all of the information that insurance companies require to reimburse you.

  • Back to Health does not offer Direct Billing at this time.

VETERANS AFFAIRS CANADA (VAC)

Our RMT's offer direct billing for Veterans.  Please mention this to your therapist in advance to arrange the necessary paper work. Thank you for your devoted services.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

  • We ask you to wait in your car until your time of appointment in order to decrease contact with others. 


  • When entering the clinic, you must sanitize your hands and wear a mask at all times. 


  • Office managers and RMT's are ensuring all the government cleaning and disinfecting guidelines are followed in order to protect our patients.


  • You will receive an email 24 hours before your appointment to complete your COVID-19 screening form.  You'll need to complete this before entry into the clinic.  We will also ask you the same COVID-19 screening questions when you arrive to your appointment.
