FEES & POLICIES

Please note that our fees will be increasing effective September 1, 2026. Updated pricing will be reflected on our website and online booking system prior to this date.

 

Our fees reflect the time, care, and attention each client receives in a welcoming, safe environment designed to support your well-being.

Includes intake, assessment & treatment.

​Our initial visit is a little longer to allow time for a full assessment and discussion of your health goals — so we can personalize your treatment and help you get the most benefit from your care

COLD LASER THERAPY & ULTRASOUND

*Ultrasound, Laser Therapy & IFC are included in any Massage Therapy treatments upon request, at no extra charge (available with Allie only).

PAYMENTS

  • We happily accept Cash, Cheque and Debit.  As a small local business, we appreciate your support and understanding regarding credit cards.

  • Direct Billing is only available for VAC clients at this time.

  • Payments are due upon service rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee for the originally booked service.

 

If you would prefer a shorter appointment, we’re always happy to adjust the treatment time when possible. Please note that shortening an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged as the originally booked service.

For MONDAY appointments, notice by EMAIL is required by 3:00 pm on FRIDAY, as the clinic is closed on weekends and messages are not monitored.

​

We understand that true emergencies, sudden illness, and unsafe weather conditions can arise. These situations are considered case by case, at the practitioner’s discretion, and we kindly ask that clients communicate as soon as possible if they’re unable to attend.

​

MISSED APPOINTMENT

"No shows" are subject to full fee for the service booked, and insurance companies won't accept.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you're late, your session will still finish at its scheduled time to keep us on track.  Full fee for the service booked still applies.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, cheque, and debit to make things simple. As a small local business, we appreciate your support and understanding regarding credit cards.

Payment is kindly requested at the time of your visit. A $30 fee applies for any returned (NSF) cheques.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and have no cash value ( ie: any balance can be used towards your next service but cannot be refunded).

Our doors are open by appointment only, so we can provide you with a peaceful, focused, and personalized session.

Monday - Saturday by appointment only.  CLOSED Weekends & Holidays.

Administration is closed on weekends and holidays.  Phone calls and emails will be returned within 1-2 business days.  Thank you for your patience and your understanding.

INSURANCE

  • Back to Health does not offer Direct Billing at this time.

  • We will happily email you a receipt with all of the information your insurance company requires to reimburse you.

  • Massage Therapy and many Holistic Services are covered by most extended health care plans, but each plan is unique and may or may not cover all or part of your appointment. It is each client's own responsibility to confirm the exact details of their coverage.

VETERANS AFFAIRS CANADA (VAC)

Our RMT's offer direct billing for Veterans.  Please mention this to us in advance to arrange the necessary paper work. Thank you for your devoted services.
